Cancellation policy
At WODIWA, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients and partners. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations of our services.
1. General Cancellation Terms
1.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@worlddigitalwarehouse.com
1.2 The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written request.
1.3 Refund eligibility and applicable fees are determined based on the type of service and timing of the cancellation request.
2. Talent Recruitment Services
2.1 Cancellation requests made:
More than 14 days before the scheduled service start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Less than 14 days before the scheduled service start date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
On or after the scheduled service start date: No refunds will be issued.
3. Comprehensive Training Programs
3.1 Cancellation requests made:
More than 7 days before the training start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Less than 7 days before the training start date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
On or after the training start date: No refunds will be issued.
3.2 Training sessions missed without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
4. Live Commerce Solutions
4.1 Cancellation requests made:
More than 21 days before the scheduled live session: Eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Between 7 and 21 days before the scheduled live session: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled live session: No refunds will be issued.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond WODIWA’s control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures), we reserve the right to reschedule services or offer credit towards future services. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
6.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Any associated transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy
7.1 WODIWA reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
7.2 Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
